By installing or using the Gmail Emails Exporter extension ("the extension"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. What the extension does

The extension lets you export, filter and back up your own Gmail messages to files on your device. You may only use it with accounts and data you are authorized to access.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the extension in compliance with all applicable laws and with Google's terms.
• Do not use it to collect, scrape, or process data you do not have the right to access.
• Do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or disrupt the extension.

3. Plans & payments

Core email export is free. Certain advanced features may require a paid plan. Pricing and the features included in each plan are shown at the point of purchase and may change over time. Where required by law, applicable refund rights apply.

4. No warranty

The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Because it relies on Gmail's interface, functionality may change or break if Google updates Gmail. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the extension. You are responsible for verifying your exported data.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
